It finally happened!

We knew this day would come. We have been talking about it for the past 10 years. Our 35 year-old washer just gave out. It will still wash but it just doesn’t have the energy to spin. I went out and bought a new light blue front load washer and am now waiting for the “next day delivery.” They will haul away our old washer. I know it will be exciting. I’ve never had a state of the art washer. And it’s blue. I’ll be saving water, electricity and time. But…

I DON'T WANT TO PUT THE FIRST DENT IN THE CAR

That’s in part because the initial joy of acquiring a new object, such as a new car, fades over time as people become accustomed to seeing it every day, experts said. Experiences, on the other hand, continue to provide happiness through memories long after the event occurred.”

I can now drive Kent's new Honda Civic. A neighbor hit his bumper and left a dent last night. It was evident this morning that Kent and the neighbor were still feeling stress.
